You are solely responsible for all information that you submit to botgaas.com and any consequences that may result from your post. We do not edit postings, we do however, reserve the right to refuse or delete postings that we believe are inappropriate.

3. While every endeavour will be made to meet the wishes of Advertisers, we do not guarantee the insertion, the position, or the colour of any particular advertisement.

4. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused by an error, inaccuracy or omission in the printing of the advertisement; for any failure to publish an advertisement on the date or dates specified by the Advertiser; for the publication of an advertisement on the date or dates specified by the Advertiser whether the actual date be earlier or later than the date or dates specified; and/or in respect of any loss or damage alleged to have arisen through delay in forwarding or omission to forward replies to Box Numbers to the Advertiser, however caused.

5. We reserve the right to omit, suspend, or change the position of any advertisement, even if it has already been accepted for publication.

6. Botgaas reserves the right to publish advertisements in any of it’s other publications.

7. If you make postings to Botgaas providing false contact details or impersonating another party we reserve the right to pass your details and IP address on to the aggrieved third party, their agents or any law enforcement agency.
